• Lead Director managing team and driving Aetna’s point of view on machine readable files. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in healthcare sector focused on actuarial data.

Responsibilities

• Drive Aetna’s point of view on Machine Readable Files
• Manage a team of 3
• Evaluate Aetna’s self-insured trend performance
• Manage out of network savings analyses
• Build relationships with Health Benefit Consultants
• Collaborate with internal business partners to improve usability
• Educate consultants on data and influence their use

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree along with 10+ years of Actuarial and/or Data Analytics experience
• Must have prior healthcare experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in cross functional collaborative projects
• Demonstrated ability to create relationships with stakeholders
• Prior management skills, leading a team
• Communication skills for influencing outcomes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• ASA or FSA strongly preferred
