About the role

  • Actuarial Manager/Senior Manager delivering solutions for P&C clients through analysis and collaboration with teams. Engaging with clients and driving business development in actuarial projects.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex problems and develop workable solutions for clients
  • Oversee new and existing projects with minimal principal involvement
  • Review analysts' work to ensure technical accuracy and integrity
  • Prepare exhibits and written reports to effectively present findings
  • Attend and participate in client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships for business development
  • Engage effectively with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Enhance tools, processes, and methodologies within the practice
  • Support the training, development, and mentoring of analysts

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of actuarial experience
  • A CAS or FCAS credentials
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced Excel / Power Point for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience utilizing AI technologies for modeling and analytics preferred
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R, SQL is a plus)
