About the role
- Lead Director overseeing product management leadership for CVS Health’s digital transformation initiatives. Collaborating across teams to deliver innovative digital health solutions and optimize product performance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for product management leadership for multiple product teams.
- Owns and defines the product vision and strategy, the roadmap, feature delivery, and overall success of the product.
- Manages a backlog of features and enablers to enhance the product.
- Provides leadership and guidance on how to sequence and prioritize investments.
- Facilitates agile ceremonies & meetings, including PI Planning.
- Uses performance data to establish feedback loops to continuously develop new insights about product health.
- Accountable for showcasing the product teams’ delivery and final output to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years required experience as a Product Manager, Program Management, or Project Management with a focus on product strategy, vision, and roadmaps.
- 5+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success shipping software through multiple releases managing the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch in an agile environment.
- 3+ years of experience with back-end applications and/or APIs.
- 3+ years of experience coaching, mentoring or leading a team.
- 5+ years of experience in building and managing technical product teams using Agile framework.
- 5+ years of experience with large-scale modernization programs in technical capacity.
