Responsibilities
- Responsible for product management leadership for multiple product teams.
- Own and define the product vision and strategy, the roadmap, feature delivery, and overall success of the product.
- Manage a backlog of features and enablers to enhance the product and extend its architectural and discovery runway.
- Provide leadership and guidance on how to sequence and prioritize investments to optimize value.
- Lead product teams to achieve key outcomes by collaborating with Product Owners, Domain Owners, and Analysts.
- Create a positive team culture through growing, coaching, and establishing high performing teams.
- Partner with business general manager (GM) and stakeholders to make decisions on investment priorities and develop business cases.
- Define product OKRs to evaluate progress towards outcomes, aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies & meetings, including PI Planning, in partnership with the product leadership team.
- Track product OKRs to understand progress towards outcomes and KPIs to understand product health.
Requirements
- 10+ years required experience as a Product Manager, Program Management, or Project Management with a focus on product strategy, vision, and roadmaps.
- 5+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success shipping software through multiple releases managing the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch in an agile environment.
- 3+ years of experience with back-end applications and/or APIs.
- 3+ years of experience coaching, mentoring or leading a team.
- 5+ years of experience in building and managing technical product teams using Agile framework.
- 5+ years of experience with large-scale modernization programs in technical capacity.
- Ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment amid ambiguity.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills.
- Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills using data tools such as Jira.
- General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts, including Cloud and AI/ML.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, influencing stakeholders across levels.
