- Start your day with a team meeting to discuss priorities, review safety updates, and address any outstanding issues from previous shifts.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to drive improvements, generating reports and communicating findings to management and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to maintenance technicians, conduct performance evaluations, and lead training and development initiatives.
Requirements
- 4-year degree or 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance.
- 3+ years in a leadership role, managing maintenance teams and programs.
- Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management preferred.
- Multi-Site Experience is a Must!
