About the role

  • Partner Operations and Project Manager supporting the Auto/Home Partner team at TruStage. Leading strategic initiatives and managing projects to deliver on the product’s value proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Auto/Home Partner team by driving operational excellence and delivering on key elements of the product’s value proposition
  • Combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on designing and implementing business processes
  • Manages cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and external partners
  • Leads initiatives from strategy through delivery—leveraging agile practices, mitigating risks, and providing senior leadership updates
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for critical business processes that enable program success
  • Partners with leaders in managing the relationship between TruStage and external product and service providers
  • Management of key business processes that support the program, across external partners and internal teams including marketing, analytics, finance, and IT

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 7+ years of recent work experience leading projects, programs, teams or transformation efforts such as process improvements, product/system implementations, and integration efforts
  • Ability to translate strategy into action, with solid planning and execution
  • Proven ability to quickly learn complex business and/or technological concepts
  • Proven ability to lead projects and programs throughout their full life cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization with clarity and precision, verbally and in writing
  • Leadership skills to include coaching, guiding, influencing and driving accountability
  • Demonstrated strategic skillset: able to synthesize and translate internal and external customer inputs, business performance metrics and strategic directives into projects and action plans
  • Results oriented: proven track record in delivering results
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work with minimal direction
  • Excellent presentation and group facilitation skills
  • PC Skills: fluent in Microsoft Office applications.
