About the role

  • Account Manager driving expansion in Nord region for Vodafone. Focusing on B2B new customer acquisition and partnership development.

Responsibilities

  • You will actively drive expansion in the Nord region.
  • Your goal is to acquire new customers and then strategically expand these partnerships in close collaboration with the team.
  • You are responsible for proactive new customer acquisition in the Nord region and for targeted marketing of the entire "Beyond Connectivity" product portfolio.
  • You work closely with the internal micro-team to provide comprehensive customer advisory and to design the best solution.
  • You use systematic market development and lead generation management across various channels (phone, digital, on-site) for potential SME new customers.
  • You act as a "hunter" responsible for the entire sales cycle, identify new business opportunities and lead solution selling through to successful close.
  • You build long-term relationships, position Vodafone as a trusted partner and support the customer until handover to account management.

Requirements

  • You are the first point of contact for customers and develop these relationships further.
  • You manage sales processes together with the team and identify potential opportunities.
  • You have a successfully completed university degree (including applied sciences) or vocational training.
