About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential grant management support for Indiana's Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP)
  • Ensure compliance with federal reporting requirements and tracking program expenditures across budget periods
  • Maintain records and assist with reporting to CMS
  • Coordinate logistics for training events and stakeholder meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, workforce development, or business administration
  • 3+ years of experience in workforce development, grant management, or project management
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Familiarity with federal grant compliance and reporting processes preferred
