About the role

  • Administrator providing essential administrative support for immigration and relocation matters in the Immigration & Global Mobility team. Ensuring accurate records and assisting with client requests in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Immigration & Global Mobility team across ongoing client matters
  • Assist with the preparation, organisation, scanning, and filing of client documentation related to immigration and relocation cases
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records on CRM systems, databases, and internal trackers
  • Support the coordination of couriers, document dispatch, certifications, and related administrative processes
  • Assist with engagement documentation, billing support, and internal reporting under supervision
  • Support initial documentation checks in line with internal procedures
  • Liaise with internal departments to support administrative aspects of client requests
  • Provide general office and team support, including scheduling and correspondence

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and reliable manner
  • Comfortable working in a team‑based, professional services environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and standard office applications
  • Previous administrative experience in a legal or professional services setting is considered an asset, but not essential
