About the role

  • Manage CSG's Viva Engage community, supporting administrative tasks and communication across platforms while ensuring engagement and development of digital workplace initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the “Everyday AI” Viva Engage community, with documented transition of ownership at conclusion of internship (Viva Engage platform)
  • Manage, maintain and work with partners on the AI Community SharePoint site
  • Support administrative tasks across communication channels and platforms including: Creating and publishing Hub posts from approved content (SharePoint platform)
  • Building and preparing ContactMonkey emails for publishing (email platform)
  • Draft, route for approval, and publish Hub posts as needed
  • Support Hub best practices including building dynamic Hub templates and contributing to ongoing Hub evolution and roadmap (SharePoint platform)
  • Provide support across the team on ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • BCom, BA Linguistics/Communication, Business Administration, or Project management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Resourceful and motivated to deliver results
  • Reliable follow-through on commitments (with minimal reminders)
  • Curious and growth mindset with a desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Ability to tell a story through clear, written communication (with some visual creativity)
  • Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn MS Office tools – particularly SharePoint, Teams and Viva Engage
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues across geographies and functions, with opportunities to build confidence presenting and communicating with leaders
  • Ability to create timelines by working backward from due dates and managing multiple deadlines
  • Potential education courses/background: Industrial Psychology, Project Management, Business Management or Communications
  • Interest in communications, employee engagement, or digital workplace platforms
  • Academic or internship experience in communications, writing, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong writing skills demonstrated through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities
  • Comfort working with digital tools and a willingness to learn new platforms
  • Exposure to basic project management concepts, including organizing tasks, creating timelines, and tracking progress against deadlines
