About the role

  • Client Service Representative serving as a key contact between clients and internal teams. Helping small businesses meet compliance requirements through efficient and accurate service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact between clients (other businesses) and internal CSC teams.
  • Help clients meet important compliance requirements with accuracy, efficiency, and care.
  • Resolve inquiries confidently, professionally, and quickly.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Research, review, and process corporate legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to internal and external client inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
  • Manage client portfolios, prioritize tasks, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, electronic filing, and document retrieval.
  • Navigate multiple systems and databases efficiently.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and team performance.
  • Contribute to client retention and growth by delivering proactive, solutions-oriented service.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and occasional schedule needs based on business demand.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
