Responsibilities

Build industry ready skills, form strong professional relationships, and deepen understanding of how world-class games are made.
Acquire essential skills using industry-standard infrastructure tools and components such as firewalls, networks, storage, and anti-malware/endpoint protection systems as well as security tools like MS Defender.
Participate in various aspects of studio IT operations and cybersecurity support, including system monitoring, security best practices, access management, and incident response preparation.
Support mid, senior, and lead IT and security team members by assisting with user support requests, documenting procedures, helping investigate security alerts, and supporting audits or compliance-related tasks.
Enhance understanding of cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and secure workflows that support game development and protect studio systems, data, and employees.
Requirements
Enrolled as a college Junior or Senior (Seniors could have graduated in Fall/Winter 2025 or will be graduating in Spring 2026).
Pursuing a 2-4 year degree in IT, Cyber Security, or related fields.
Availability to work full-time (40 hrs / week) for the duration of the program (June 1st –August 21st, 2026).
Able to work onsite at our studio in San Carlos, CA for the first 1- 2 weeks for onboarding.
Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
