About the role

  • HR & Systems Administrator overseeing HR administration across the UK, France, and Europe. Supporting employee lifecycle, compliance, and operational processes as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Support People Operations and HR administration across the UK, France, and European EoR countries, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and HR admin queries
  • Maintain and administer our HRIS (Deel), including data integrity, workflows, permissions, and process support for HRBPs and managers
  • Support HR compliance through accurate employment documentation, policy localisation, and regional administration
  • Manage benefits administration and provide People-side payroll support for the UK and France
  • Support London office operations, including office supplies, access management, vendor coordination, and laptop provisioning and returns

Requirements

  • Experience in an HR administration or People Operations role with strong execution ownership
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • 1+ year of experience handling French HR administration is a plus
  • Strong understanding of UK HR administration fundamentals
  • Comfortable owning HR systems, documentation, and data quality
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
