- Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager leading omnichannel retail media strategies for managed client accounts at Croud. Focused on operational excellence and client relationship management in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead omnichannel Retail Media strategies across platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Target to drive client profit
- Oversee account setups across both Vendor and Seller models
- Manage retail readiness workflows, including Brand Registry, PDP optimisation and Brand Store consultation to ensure content is built for conversion
- Direct high-impact media deployments, from Sponsored Ads to off-site CTV/OLV and DSP
- Use advanced tools like Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to build audiences and bespoke analysis for growth
- Drive team performance to exceed margin targets
- Provide technical guidance on daily operations and performance optimisation
- Ensure the effective measurement of campaigns, providing insightful reporting that demonstrates value and drives strategic decisions
- Define Amazon Marketplace and Retail Media best practice and creating scalable processes to improve team efficiency
- Mentor new team members to help them become operational in their roles quickly and efficiently
Requirements
- Demonstrable in-depth experience in Retail Media or Marketplace roles within a digital organisation
- Strong retail media knowledge (Amazon Ads, Skai, Google Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud)
- Proven experience managing client relationships, expectations, and cross-channel activities
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach, able to mentor junior colleagues and work across teams
- Skilled at managing client budgets, expectations, and delivering campaigns that hit targets
- Analytical and data-driven, able to turn insights into optimised campaigns and measurable results
- Strategic thinker with the ability to plan effectively, drive performance, and deliver profitable growth
- Curious and proactive, staying ahead of industry trends, tools, and opportunities -able to work autonomously to generate ideas and deliver results
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities, projects, and client demands
