Responsibilities

  • Assist French-speaking users via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide fast and accurate solutions with a friendly and empathetic approach
  • Help users resolve technical or account-related issues
  • Update and manage information in internal systems
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure an optimal user experience

Requirements

  • French (C2 or native-level) + English (minimum B2)
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, friendly environment
