About the role

  • Manager of Digital Activation responsible for driving digital commercialization strategies and managing digital campaigns at Crocs, focusing on enhancing consumer engagement and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital activation strategies for assigned markets/categories
  • Align seasonal plans with global and local input to meet commercial goals
  • P&L owner of market and driver of commercial results
  • Lead digital campaign planning and execution from initial briefing through activation and post-launch performance monitoring
  • Coordinate digital content activation and drive onsite/category performance with hub teams
  • Optimize the consumer journey to improve sales, consumer engagement, NPS, VOC, and overall brand impact
  • Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across digital initiatives
  • Drive alignment between Customer Service, Digital & Logistics, and other operational teams

Requirements

  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital role with a commercial component
  • Background knowledge in operating in an Ecommerce team
  • Strong understanding of the European footwear industry
  • Highly commercial mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to balance commercial and branded decisions supported by data
  • Ability to build a digital strategy and strong presenting and influencing skills to drive this plan
