About the role

  • Assisting in various Backoffice operations for Credsystem, focusing on customer processes and financial validations. Requires high school education and Office skills with Backoffice knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer reimbursement processes;
  • Payment validation;
  • Adjust debits and credits on statements/payment booklets;
  • Reopen payments on statements/payment booklets;
  • Contract cancellations and reinsertions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Back Office operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
