About the role

  • Prozessmanager overseeing strategic development and implementation of AI strategy in financial services center. Responsibilities include project management and stakeholder communication in Stuttgart.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic development and operational implementation of the AI strategy (AI bots & applications) in the Service Center
  • Development of a target vision and architecture
  • Establishment of governance, implementation of reports & KPIs, and independent coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsibility for, management and further development of bots, especially chatbots and voicebots
  • Taking on project management tasks in the context of introducing new products or providers in coordination with internal departments such as Data Protection, Compliance, IT and Legal
  • Management of product and service providers including cost and contract management
  • Coordinating special tasks for the Operations area

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable role in the financial sector or in management consulting with a focus on banking
  • Experience with AI, bots, managing external service providers and project work
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Very good German and English skills
