About the role

• Senior Fullstack Developer at creatision consulting clients on technical solutions and strategies. Developing modern web applications using Java, Spring, React and Next.js.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on technical solutions and strategies.
• Guiding developers and coordinating smaller development projects.
• Designing architectures and planning implementation.
• Developing modern, dynamic web applications, e.g., based on CoreMedia CMS or Magnolia CMS, or web applications using AI technologies.
• Implementing business logic in the backend with Java and Spring.
• Implementing frontends with React and Next.js.
• Integrating backend services via REST / GraphQL.
• Conducting code reviews and quality checks.
• Applying agile processes and methodologies.
• Mentoring colleagues and facilitating knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Proven ability to advise clients professionally and fairly to successfully deliver projects together.
• Clear, open, and respectful communication.
• General interest in people leadership and coordination.
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating development projects, e.g., in a Tech Lead or Architect role.
• At least 5 years of experience in fullstack development with a focus on Java and Spring.
• Extensive knowledge of modern web technologies, including TypeScript and React.
• Expertise in a Java-based content management system, ideally CoreMedia or Magnolia; alternatively, strong expertise in Java web application development.
• Experience using artificial intelligence for consulting and development as part of client solutions.
• Solid experience applying best practices for code quality, testing, and performance optimization in an agile context.
• Deep understanding of software architectures.
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud services, CI/CD).
