Responsibilities
Lead the design, analysis, and development of electrical and electronic systems for defense and aerospace applications
Develop system architectures including power distribution, signal integrity, controls, and instrumentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical, mechanical, and software components
Drive the full product lifecycle—from requirements definition and concept development through testing, qualification, and production
Perform circuit design, analysis, and validation for analog, digital, and mixed-signal systems
Support system-level troubleshooting, risk reduction, and design optimization efforts
Ensure compliance with technical, cost, schedule, and regulatory requirements
Support proposal development and provide technical input for business development activities
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical rigor and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain at least Collateral Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, including system design and integration
Strong experience with schematic capture, circuit design, and electrical analysis tools
Knowledge of power electronics, signal processing, control systems, and/or embedded systems
Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, and validation in lab or flight environments
Familiarity with relevant standards (MIL-STD, IPC, IEEE, etc.)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple technical priorities
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
