• Role Overview:
• We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation to lead the design and evolution of our delivery pipelines. This role is ideal for a technical leader who has progressed beyond basic scripting and now architects secure, scalable, and resilient DevOps ecosystems.
• You will play a critical role in enhancing developer experience by building standardized, reusable automation frameworks that move code from commit to production with speed, reliability, and security. Acting as a bridge between development and operations teams, you will serve as the GitHub CI/CD Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the organization.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Software Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, including complex event triggers and workflow filtering, matrix builds and concurrency management, custom JavaScript-based or Docker-based GitHub Actions, GitHub Environments, approval workflows, and OIDC-based authentication.
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
• Working knowledge of shell scripting (Bash).
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including hands-on exposure to managed platforms such as EKS, AKS, or GKE.
• Solid experience with AWS and/or Azure services used in CI/CD workflows.
• Expert-level knowledge of Git, including branching strategies, hooks, and GitFlow or Trunk-based development.
