Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years experience in a related field
- The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years experience in a related field
- Experience working within a dealership or knowledge of dealer operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot
- Experience directing employees, contractors and consultants in a project team setting or cross-functional work environment
- Experience writing, tracking and communicating detailed project plans
- Experience in writing and/or reviewing business and technical specifications or other project documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently or in a collaborative environment
- Proven track record of successfully owning and planning the full lifecycle of a product launch
