About the role
- Senior Program Manager leading end-to-end commercial build-out for implantable OSA therapy at LivaNova. Driving cross-functional execution for U.S. market expansion in a med-tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed integrated commercialization master plan aligned to launch timelines in the U.S.
- Define milestones, interdependencies, and critical path activities.
- Facilitates working team meetings and tracks progress against the project plan.
- Develop structured report outs to the stage-gate governance highlighting progress, risks and mitigations.
- Drive launch readiness reviews and ensure alignment to business objectives.
- Align Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Integrate field enablement plans including training, tools, and messaging to the overall master plan.
- Escalate risks proactively with mitigation strategies.
- Support workstream leaders to execute plans.
- Resolve program resource issues and facilitates reallocation of activities and efforts to ensure schedules are achieved.
- Partner with colleagues on demand forecasting and inventory planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Development, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive program leadership in medical device or regulated healthcare.
- Demonstrated experience supporting commercial launch or sales build-out.
- Experience with implantable or Class III medical devices preferred.
- PMP or comparable formal program management training strongly preferred.
- Experience scaling commercial teams in growth-stage environments.
