About the role

  • Senior Product Manager for Cox Automotive managing inventory data capabilities and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Leading product discovery and translating strategic priorities into executable work using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the full lifecycle of inventory data capabilities from concept through launch and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, Architecture, and Solution Delivery teams.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear communication within the Agile Release Train.
  • Influence decisions at all levels to deliver exceptional internal and external customer experiences.
  • Lead discovery to understand inventory data problems across the enterprise.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and clients to inform discovery.
  • Balance long-term enterprise platform needs with short-term incremental value.
  • Translate strategic roadmap priorities into executable work using agile planning tools.
  • Balance new feature development with technical debt reduction.
  • Ensure portfolio alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field and 4 years’ experience in a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in software product management or product marketing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and system architecture diagrams.
  • Critical thinking skills to solve challenging problems for complex enterprise products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset to inform product development and launch activities.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Purpose-driven with the ability to motivate and excite others.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with team members and customers.
