Responsibilities
Owns the full lifecycle of inventory data capabilities from concept through launch and adoption.
Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, Architecture, and Solution Delivery teams.
Drive alignment across stakeholders.
Maintain clear communication within the Agile Release Train.
Influence decisions at all levels to deliver exceptional internal and external customer experiences.
Lead discovery to understand inventory data problems across the enterprise.
Partner with engineering, architecture, and clients to inform discovery.
Balance long-term enterprise platform needs with short-term incremental value.
Translate strategic roadmap priorities into executable work using agile planning tools.
Balance new feature development with technical debt reduction.
Ensure portfolio alignment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field and 4 years’ experience in a related field.
4+ years of experience in software product management or product marketing.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and system architecture diagrams.
Critical thinking skills to solve challenging problems for complex enterprise products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Commercial mindset to inform product development and launch activities.
Understanding of agile methodologies.
Purpose-driven with the ability to motivate and excite others.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with team members and customers.
