About the role

  • Group Sales Manager for Cox Automotive specializing in selling VinSolutions products to dealer groups. Building relationships and driving revenue growth across multiple locations in the Western US.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on prospecting and selling VinSolutions business unit products to assigned dealer group customers
  • Serve as primary sales point of contact for dealer groups with 10 or more stores
  • Identify sales opportunities and present solutions
  • Collaborate with internal resources to provide effective solutions
  • Build strategic plans to drive product penetration and revenue growth
  • Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and use Salesforce for record keeping
  • Remain informed of competitive offerings
  • Communicate key corporate strategies to internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • 6 years of experience in a related field
  • Safe drivers needed with a valid driver’s license
  • 4+ years experience selling Cox Automotive retail products or equivalent CRM software (preferred)
  • 2+ years experience selling to large dealer groups or OEMs (preferred)
  • Ability to travel out of your home market up to 75% of the time (preferred)
  • Experience partnering with sales executives in strategic deals in complex sales cycles (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the automotive market and dealership operations
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
