Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for a variety of administrative, coordination and scientific tasks related to client projects
- Supporting the implementation of the latest operational and administrative processes
- Identifying and suggesting process improvements and changes
- Formatting, consistency and general quality control review of scientific documents
- Assisting Project Managers with client and healthcare professional communication
- Coordinating logistics and providing project support for events and meetings
- Day-to-day co-ordination of the project team and monitoring of project timelines
- Scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and coordinating their distribution
- Supporting the accurate referencing of scientific materials
- Liaising with our Creative team on the development of figures and visuals
- Supporting the development of client proposals and tracking those sent and responded to
- Management of project compliance
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Ownership of tasks in our project management system
- Supporting Analysts and Medical Writers in report writing
- Helping project teams to keep abreast of the latest potentially relevant sources of information
- Organising team monthly meetings and other internal activities
Requirements
- Local graduates from 985 or 211 universities with CET-6 or TOEFL/IELTS test results are preferred
- An undergraduate degree level qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum second upper honours) if you are a foreign graduate
- Candidates will need to have a life science background such as biology, chemistry, pharmacy, biomedical sciences and medicine
- Exceptional written and spoken fluency in Mandarin (equivalent to native Mandarin language skills)
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in English
