Requirements
- Proven track record of solving complex technical problems
- Deep understanding of software design patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture)
- Experience planning and leading projects that delivered measurable business/customer impact
- Proficiency with both interpreted and compiled languages - We use Python, Go, TypeScript, C#, and Ruby
- Experience with relational, NoSQL, and columnar databases PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouse
- Comfortable with Linux server management
- Hands-on experience with: Containerization (e.g., Docker), Kubernetes (K8s), Kafka, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Major cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
- Familiarity with: Front-end frameworks (e.g., React), Web crawling/scraping methodologies
