About the role

  • Strategic owner of project processes at Sandvik Coromant, evolving frameworks and strengthening governance for project execution. Responsible for cross-functional collaboration and managing project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and evolving Sandvik Coromant’s Product Development Process
  • Developing project management capabilities
  • Translating business needs into requirements and business cases
  • Analyzing process performance and turning insights into actionable improvements
  • Providing training and support for the organization
  • Monitoring trends and identifying risks and opportunities
  • Representing Sandvik Coromant in external forums and acting as a central contact for audits

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in senior roles
  • Background in leadership (preferably within PMO, project management, or operational line roles)
  • Ability to work cross functionally and coordinate without formal authority
  • Skilled in project management systems (such as Antura)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to turn business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
