About the role

  • Program Manager overseeing key engagement programs like Young Professionals and Awards for Cornerstone League. Working with internal partners to ensure program impact and alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of programs such as Young Professionals, Sister Society, and Awards.
  • Develop annual program goals, budgets, and timelines supporting engagement strategy.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure program success and alignment with priorities.
  • Support volunteer leaders and build relationships with members to encourage involvement.
  • Manage the annual awards process with the Communications team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, education, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of program or event management experience, ideally within an association, nonprofit, or member-based organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or association management systems preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • PMP or SCRUM certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative approach with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
