About the role
- Sales Finance & Pricing Specialist at Copag providing financial analysis and pricing strategies. Collaborating with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to enhance profitability and revenue planning.
Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to the commercial area, providing financial analyses and recommendations to support negotiations and promotional activities;
- Coordinate the process of price definition, review and governance, ensuring alignment with commercial and financial policies;
- Develop and monitor profitability models for customers, channels and products, supporting strategic sales decisions through management reports and dashboards;
- Analyze and identify efficiencies across the value chain;
- Monitor commercial performance indicators (volume, average price, mix, discounts, rebates, etc.);
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and financial impact simulations to support pricing and commercial investment decisions;
- Support the implementation and maintenance of pricing and BI tools, ensuring data integrity and report automation;
- Lead the Budget, Forecast and S&OP process for revenues, aligning commercial targets with financial projections;
- Coordinate and develop the Sales Finance & Pricing team, promoting an analytical mindset and continuous improvement culture;
- Serve as a bridge between Commercial, Controllership, FP&A and Supply Chain teams;
- Recommend and define the appropriate granularity for revenue financial planning regarding SKUs (or product groups) and Gross-to-Net;
- Provide support for contract management, commercial agreements and sales and trade marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
- Revenue projections and analyses of topline and Gross-to-Net. Pricing models and understanding of the value chain.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English.
- Previous experience in Sales Finance, Pricing or FP&A.
