Coordenador(a) de Operações managing GLP operations at Copa Energia. Responsible for managing stock levels, efficiency, safety, and compliance in production.
Responsibilities
Coordinate inventories of LPG (GLP), propane, butane, cylinders/containers and consumables, ensuring adequate levels to meet the demand of the markets served by the operating unit;
Coordinate the LPG (GLP) filling process and ensure availability of the necessary equipment to improve production efficiency and maintain the Operating Center;
Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities for machines and equipment at the operating units;
Ensure correct execution of operational activities at the Operating Center, in compliance with the Company's standards and procedures, as well as applicable legislation;
Ensure that activities performed at the Operating Center adhere to Quality, Safety, Environment and Health (QSMS) standards and procedures;
Prepare and manage the cost budget for your area, aligning it with budgetary guidelines and the Company’s performance targets;
Follow quality, safety, health, environment, Compliance (including anti-corruption and anti-bribery), social responsibility and sustainability policies, in accordance with the Company’s Policies and Code of Conduct.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Civil, Chemical, Mechatronics, etc.).
Experience in people management;
Professional experience in related areas: industry, operations, maintenance and reliability, or logistics;
Experience with PDCA;
Proficient in MS Office;
Knowledge of 5S methodology;
KPI management;
Cost management.
