Responsibilities
You will actively contribute to the optimization of our internal workflows and propose ideas to further develop our process landscape.
You will work closely with the business units to make processes more efficient and transparent.
Analyze, document and optimize internal business processes.
Build, maintain and further develop an intuitive process documentation.
Develop relevant metrics and reporting on process quality.
Support and optimize our process management software.
Assist with the implementation of quality standards and certification processes.
Serve as a point of contact for quality-related inquiries and improvement suggestions.
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial training with a focus on process or quality management.
Initial practical experience in process management (tools, KPIs, documentation).
Confident user of MS Office.
Ideally experience with modeling or process tools (e.g., BIC Process Design).
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach to work.
