Responsibilities
- Concevoir, développer et maintenir des applications back-end Java
- Intervenir comme référent technique sur les choix d’implémentation
- Contribuer à la définition et à l’évolution de l’architecture applicative
- Mettre en place et optimiser les pratiques de qualité (tests, CI/CD, revues de code)
- Accompagner et faire monter en compétences les développeurs de l’équipe
- Participer progressivement aux sujets liés à Guidewire (Gosu, bonnes pratiques éditeur)
Requirements
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en développement back-end Java
- Expertise sur les versions récentes (Java 17+)
- Solide culture technique en conception et architecture applicative
- À l’aise dans un rôle de référent technique ou de lead
- Envie de développer une double compétence sur Guidewire
- Expérience en environnement grand compte ou SI complexe est un plus
