About the role

  • Project Management Office Analyst providing end-to-end PMO support for project management teams. Coordinate tasks and facilitate access to information for stakeholders in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end PMO and project management support
  • Facilitate access to information upon stakeholders requests
  • Maintain and update project management reporting tools
  • Ensure risks and issues in processes are identified
  • Liaise with corporate functions to execute tasks
  • Prepare reports on project financials, forecasts, resources actuals

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience in PMO activities
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Good understanding of financial processes
  • Understanding of Project Management Operations
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services
