About the role

  • Build, manage & optimize marketing channels
  • Plan, implement & optimize performance advertising (ads) campaigns on Google/Meta/Pinterest/TikTok
  • Manage budgets based on performance; re-engage drop-offs
  • Clear 14-day report (clicks → inquiries → bookings → cost per booking)
  • Manage social & influencer editorial calendar; publish and distribute content
  • Maintain community (comments/DMs → inquiries)
  • Plan & oversee SEO strategy (site structure, content, fundamentals)
  • Regular monitoring with brief result updates
  • Customer acquisition & communication
  • Set up & maintain a CRM
  • Email campaigns for customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with social media & influencers
  • Practical experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
  • Creative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills, team player, and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new topics
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
