About the role

• Consultant responsible for data-driven innovation and transformation processes at Convidera. Managing projects from strategic goal definition to software implementation in complex IT systems.

Responsibilities

• You want to not only design data-driven innovation but also take responsibility for its implementation.
• As a Consultant at Convidera you drive transformation processes end-to-end — from strategic goal definition to implementing software solutions within complex IT system landscapes.
• You combine strategy, technology and product development into a holistic change initiative with measurable impact.
• Together with our clients you identify data- and technology-driven innovation opportunities and develop viable product and AI transformation strategies.
• You analyze business models, processes, market requirements and existing system landscapes and derive concrete product and solution approaches.
• You develop robust use cases — from data-driven features to AI-enhanced extensions of existing products.
• You assess feasibility, business impact and integration capability of new solutions in the context of complex customer ecosystems.
• You act as a strategic sparring partner for product, IT and business stakeholders on the client side — up to C-level.
• You support the development of new digital products and AI features — from concept to integration into complex system landscapes.
• You develop prototypes and MVPs to demonstrate value early (e.g., predictive models, automation with n8n, intelligent data processing).
• You design AI pipelines across the entire process — from data preparation to integration into existing architectures.
• You support our product teams in turning complex roadmaps into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• You ensure that new solutions can be seamlessly integrated into existing IT ecosystems, APIs, data structures and business processes.
• You create sustainable structures for scalability, quality assurance, product adoption and long-term market fit.
• You navigate confidently between technology, product and business, connecting all relevant stakeholders.
• You work closely in cross-functional teams of AI engineers, software developers, product owners and designers.
• You translate technological possibilities into strategic recommendations with a clear business focus.
• You communicate complex concepts in an audience-appropriate way and facilitate decision-making processes between business units and management.
• You build long-term, trust-based client relationships and position Convidera as a strong technology and transformation partner.
• You structurally bring technological excellence into the company and into client projects.
• You continuously stay up to date on market developments and tech trends.
• You advance internal standards, methods and frameworks for product development, integration and scaling.
• You actively contribute to knowledge building, tech scouting and thought leadership at Convidera.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience designing and implementing data- or technology-driven products, ideally in a consulting or transformation environment.
• Understanding of software architectures, data structures, APIs and system integrations — particularly in the context of complex IT ecosystems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts, AI-enabled solutions and concrete, actionable measures.
• Strategic and methodical approach across the entire transformation process and experience with common frameworks (e.g., operating model design, agile scaling, process modeling) as well as KPI measurement.
• Confident presence in stakeholder management and experience facilitating critical decision-making processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and development teams.
• High degree of ownership and an intrinsic drive to anchor transformation sustainably, measurably and scalably.
