About the role

  • CBS Reporting Associate Analyst managing HR data requests and supporting reporting needs from Workday. Partnering closely with the People Experience Solutions team for various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex HR data requests
  • Support advanced reporting needs from Workday
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in HR reporting
  • Provide second-level support to Tier 1 teams and business stakeholders
  • Partner with the People Experience Solutions team to expand HR Reporting portfolio
  • Support Tier 1 teams, maintaining reporting portfolio
  • Provide training and guidance on reporting tools and best practices
  • Actively engage in HR Reporting upgrades and initiatives

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree and Professional Human Resources, Business, or HR Support Services experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR reporting, HRIS, or data analytics roles
  • Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with related software tools including HRIS Systems, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Excel, Ticket Management
  • Bound by ethical and professional HR Standards
  • Professional HR Certification preferred
