Responsibilities
Independently manage our commercial clients (companies of approx. 50+ employees) in the property & casualty (P&C) lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
Provide daily professional advice to our corporate clients on technical and specialist questions
Negotiate renewals, tenders, and policy/terms comparisons
Prepare for and, when required, attend annual review meetings together with the field sales team
Actively help shape the company within our OKR methodology — e.g., through digitization projects or the optimization of internal processes
Requirements
At least several years of experience with an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance
Solid knowledge in at least one P&C line such as industrial fire, commercial (business) and product liability, etc.
Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk or qualification as an insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt); alternatively, a relevant university degree
A willingness to actively contribute to Contrust’s future beyond client servicing and to pursue personal development
