About the role

  • Independently manage our commercial clients (companies with approx. 50+ employees) in the property & casualty (P&C) lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
  • Provide daily expert advice to our corporate clients on technical and specialist insurance matters
  • Negotiate renewals, requests for proposal/tenders, and policy/coverage comparisons
  • Prepare and, when necessary, attend annual review meetings together with field sales
  • Actively contribute to shaping the company within our OKR methodology — e.g., by driving digitalization or optimizing internal processes

Requirements

  • Several years' experience with an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance
  • Solid knowledge in at least one P&C line such as fire/industrial fire, commercial liability, product liability, etc.
  • Completed vocational qualification as an insurance clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen) or as an insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt), or a relevant degree
  • Enthusiasm for helping to actively shape Contrust's future beyond client servicing and for personal development
