Technical Facility Manager ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of parking facilities in Berlin. Responsible for coordinating external services and compliance inspections.
Responsibilities
Ensures our parking facilities are operated reliably and in a technically future-proof manner
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of technical systems and ensures statutory and regulatory inspections are performed on schedule
Manages and supervises external service providers, ensuring work is delivered to the required quality, on time and within budget
Documents and maintains technical data in our CAFM system
Participates in the planning, budgeting and procurement of technical investments
Supports facility handovers and returns for parking facilities
Requirements
Degree in Facility Management or a comparable technical qualification with several years of professional experience
Strong technical understanding and interest in building services, infrastructure and facility management processes
Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent working style
Proficient in MS Office (O365)
Good analytical, conceptual and communication skills
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Valid driving licence (Class B) and willingness to travel
