About the role
- Technical Facility Manager ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of parking facilities in Berlin. Responsible for coordinating external services and compliance inspections.
Responsibilities
- Ensures our parking facilities are operated reliably and in a technically future-proof manner
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of technical systems and ensures statutory and regulatory inspections are performed on schedule
- Manages and supervises external service providers, ensuring work is delivered to the required quality, on time and within budget
- Documents and maintains technical data in our CAFM system
- Participates in the planning, budgeting and procurement of technical investments
- Supports facility handovers and returns for parking facilities
Requirements
- Degree in Facility Management or a comparable technical qualification with several years of professional experience
- Strong technical understanding and interest in building services, infrastructure and facility management processes
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent working style
- Proficient in MS Office (O365)
- Good analytical, conceptual and communication skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Valid driving licence (Class B) and willingness to travel
