About the role

  • Real Estate Paralegal working with in-house attorneys on commercial real estate development transactions. Facilitating activities from letter of intent through closing of property deals.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze title commitments and negotiate title exceptions
  • Prepare closing checklists and coordinate real estate transactions
  • Draft legal documents and analyze legal documents for summaries
  • Collaborate with internal legal counsel and external parties
  • Conduct post-closing work including organization of closing book

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years paralegal experience in a commercial real estate environment
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate development
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize work
  • Proficient in adopting and utilizing technology to drive efficiency
