Senior Field Finance / FP&A Analyst optimizing revenue engines for the SaaS leader in experience intelligence. Partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams for financial excellence.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary finance lead for GTM budget owners, influencing strategic decisions through rigorous financial modeling.
Own the financial validation process for complex deals, including payment terms and booking rules.
Evaluate renewal health by analyzing customer payment behavior.
Protect margins by providing critical feedback on discounts and "unlimited" deal structures to ensure we don’t jeopardize future upsell opportunities.
Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards in Tableau to track North Star metrics: ARR, ACV, Net Retention, and LTV/CAC.
Lead the monthly and quarterly booking forecast calls, identifying risks and opportunities early.
Drive the validation process for complex commission structures, ensuring alignment between sales behavior and company financial goals.
Partner with teams to build business cases for new features, evaluating how product changes impact our billing models and revenue recognition.
Requirements
4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Sales Operations, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
High proficiency in Tableau (dashboard creation/data Viz) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (nested logic, power query, financial modeling) and reporting tools (like Pigment)
Deep understanding of the ARR/ACV lifecycle, including expansion, contraction, and churn dynamics.
Experience in a corporate or commercial finance capacity—the ability to push back on sales structures to protect long-term revenue.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Ability to translate complex financial data into a narrative for non-finance stakeholders; comfort working in a fast-paced, "remote-first" global culture.
Fluent written & spoken English level required
