About the role
- Onboarding Assistant responsible for client integration at a rapidly growing accounting firm in Brazil. Focused on providing personalized support and ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Provide client support through communication systems such as WhatsApp and other internal tools;
- Review and verify the data required for company formation processes;
- Manage and maintain the client portfolio, ensuring active and organized follow-up;
- Analyze business activities (CNAE) to determine the correct classification for the company;
- Assess and determine the appropriate tax regime in accordance with current legislation;
- Make calls when necessary using systems like Callix to provide support and answer questions.
Requirements
- Use of tools such as Google Sheets, online forms, and search tools;
- Knowledge of company formation/incorporation processes;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Task management skills;
- Basic knowledge of tax accounting;
- Customer technical support experience;
- Familiarity with communication tools (ChatGuru);
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
