About the role

• Graphic Designer creating visual materials for various platforms at Construct IN. Collaborating on creative planning and adapting designs to meet brand expectations.

Responsibilities

• Produce visual materials for various platforms, adapt assets as needed and contribute to creative planning, ensuring deliveries meet brand expectations.
• Create social media posts, carousels, stories, and ads.
• Design banners, illustrative images, and visual updates for the website.
• Create physical and digital promotional materials (flyers, banners, presentations) for events.
• Develop assets for multichannel promotional campaigns and advertisements.
• Produce product GIFs, launch cards for new features, and presentations for Product Marketing Management (PMM) materials.
• Create layouts and infographics for case studies.
• Design customized layouts for presentations and commercial documents such as proposals, pitch decks, and technical materials.
• Produce graphic assets for visual identity launches or related campaigns.
• Design slides, support materials, and promotional items for webinars.
• Create ebooks, whitepapers, and guides for gated/rich content.
• Maintain and update graphic materials for trade shows and recurring in-person events.
• Provide ongoing support for visual needs and strategic updates to the website and branding.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design; agency experience or exposure to UX/UI is a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Experience designing for social media, promotional materials, presentations, and mockups.
• Ability to adapt designs across different formats and platforms.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Open-minded, eager to grow and learn.
