Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Casting equipment and facilities
- Lead maintenance activities across the Casting department

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited program
- 8 to 10 years of maintenance and engineering experience in a heavy industrial setting
- CMRP certification preferred
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) software
- Extensive hands-on experience and troubleshooting in a relevant maintenance or industrial setting
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Available outside normal hours to respond to urgent needs, troubleshooting, ensuring support for critical operations
