Responsibilities
Ensure the bank's recovery and resolution plan complies with all regulatory requirements and meets the expectations of internal and external stakeholders
Maintain and update the recovery plan and prepare analyses for recovery and resolution planning for the authorities
Continuously improve early warning indicators, recovery options and crisis response plans
Responsible for reporting, written documentation, project management
Monitor project timelines, track progress and minimize risks across all deliverables
Point of contact for questions from internal and external stakeholders
Reporting, presentations and briefings to senior management on developments in the unit
Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues from other functions to gather information and ensure high-quality deliverables
Participate in workshops with supervisory and resolution authorities
Organise and conduct trainings and further education
Ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or (Business) Law
CPA, CIA certification advantageous
Professional experience in banking, audit, consulting or financial market supervision
Knowledge of treasury, capital and liquidity
In-depth knowledge of banking and financial regulations, requirements, policies and guidelines
Experience in restructuring planning, resolution, stress testing or consulting
Precise working approach with high personal performance standards
Detail-oriented with a view of the bigger picture
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Ability to influence diverse stakeholders
