- Module knowledge (e.g., Treasury, Portfolio Management, Tax, Loans)
- Good knowledge of interdependencies between modules
- Knowledge of limits systems
- Interest in analysis and solution design
- Strong interest in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Analytical skills; ability to work independently
- Straightforward and effective communication style
