Requirements

Strong knowledge of RKS/BA7 platform is preferred
Demonstrates good learning agility to understand the Product components within the Defined Benefits domain
Document and understand process and product information to provide decision support to domain and technology
Responsible for analyzing and understanding of business and functional requirements;
Translating complex business needs and requirements in detail and be able to translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Writes business specifications and forward to technical staff for system development.
Works closely with developers and end users to ensure technical and functional compatibility
Conducting detailed gap analysis of a product versus the requirements and doing Impact Analysis.
Create detailed test plans used for regression testing and program unit testing to ensure delivery of quality product
Execute test plans during enhancement or bug fix testing
Perform System Testing to ensure the delivery of quality product and UAT support from a functional perspective
Responsible for coordinating the production move process with respect to generic components of the product
Prepare release notes for new changes/enhancement done in the system.
