Responsibilities

  • Act as the front door for innovation with senior leaders
  • Lead structured discovery in a triad with product, engineering, and design
  • Form hypotheses, prioritise assumptions, and run lean experiments
  • Translate discovery into momentum
  • Work side-by-side with senior stakeholders
  • Support capability building within the team

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product, innovation, service design, or a related strategy role
  • Deeply experienced in product discovery and experimentation
  • Proven track record leading early-stage discovery
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional triads
  • Strong influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Confident engaging with senior leaders
