About the role
- Analyst role supporting investment order openings and accounting closures for Comgás in Brazil's energy sector. Requires collaboration and detailed analysis of capitalized assets.
Responsibilities
- Support business areas in opening investment orders and projects, ensuring correct cost allocation, timely closure, and addressing general questions related to cost accounting decisions
- Perform detailed analysis of assets being capitalized and written off, interfacing with the CSC to ensure efficient asset setup and full utilization
- Provide IT support for issues related to GTA system enhancements and maintain the GTA Project Structure Manager
- Approve the Materials and Services registration workflow - Webformat; support and manage allocation processes via transitional orders; implement and maintain the matrix for MP activities
- Support manual project closures, turnkey cases, and resolution of automatic transaction errors affecting unitization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields)
- Preferably enrolled in postgraduate studies or specialization courses
- Experience in activities related to assets and accounting closures
- Preferred: Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERPs used in the department
- Availability to work 3 days on-site and 2 days remote - Faria Lima, São Paulo (SP)
